Dear All, I deeply apologize for the unexpected downtime and the sudden need for an urgent upgrade. I would like to inform you about the current situation and address some frequently asked questions.

We continue to receive numerous questions regarding the current status of the network upgrade. On this page, you can stay up-to-date with the latest network updates. If your question is not addressed here, we kindly ask you to create a ticket. We will NO LONGER respond to requests via Discord. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

🛡️| The New Provider:
An internal communication error occurred with our new provider. As a result, not only the IPv6 network but also the current IPv4 network was migrated. This caused a conflict as two providers were trying to manage one network, which led to the servers going offline. I responded immediately and decided to take the IPv4 network offline at the old provider, even though we were not fully prepared for this. The internal cost of moving the IPv4 network back is higher than compensating all servers for over two weeks of downtime.

👀| Good News:
Initial tests with both IPv4 and IPv6 have been successful. The internal linking of the servers has been completed successfully. However, this does not mean you can connect to the servers yet. Only staff members with System Admin privileges or higher can log in to the servers.

❓| Frequently Asked Questions:
I will address some of the most frequently asked questions below. Hopefully, this answers all your concerns, but feel free to ask if you have more questions!

Q: When will the servers be back online?
A: There is no estimated time of arrival (ETA) for when everything will be stable again. Our answer is "as soon as possible."

Q: Do I need to pay while the server is not working?
A: NOOOO! That would be unreasonable. You will receive at least the number of days of downtime plus one extra day for free. We are also discussing a higher compensation internally.

Q: Why is my server not working?
A: By now, it should be clear that this is due to the network upgrade.

Q: I am losing players, what now!?
A: We can download files from your server and place them on another server. However, databases will not work.

Q: I no longer see the servers on the status page?
A: Correct, as long as the servers are offline, they will not be visible on the status page. Systems that are functioning will still be visible on the status page.

Q: Will my servers be migrated?
A: This depends on what you mean exactly. We are changing internet providers, but your server itself will remain on the same physical node. The specifications will remain unchanged.
